Stayed with family in August. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travelling and the receptionist was both polite and helpful. The family itself was clean and comfortable, with working air con, which was very much appreciated! Breakfast the next morning was as expected from the Premier Inn, all advertised options available. Parking is free as long as you register your number plate in reception. Only tiny gripe was that there were non decaffeinated coffee options in the room or at breakfast, which is usually available at modern Premier Inns

Bed ok. Pillows OK. Sofa bed not ok. Could feel all the springs even when sitting on it. Very uncomfortable. Staff polite and helpful. Clean. Bath needs a bath mat or more grips as quite slippery and sides are quite high. Maybe a handle to hold to help you out. Bedside lights need a lower watt, far too bright for the room. But overall a good experience and would use again. Nandos, burger king, popeye and costs all doorstep

Great location, remember to put your car reg into the machine once checked in so you dont get a ticket. Staff all seemed friendly. Access to the rooms was straightforward, clean and tidy. Nice powerful shower in the bathroom, beds really comfy. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to works being carried out. We knew this on booking but the complementary breakfast in place of a cooked breakfast was really poor. Hence the 4 star.

Stayed here for one night whilst away for work. It was very nice and clean, No issues whatsoever. Nothing wrong with the hotel, the reason for 4 stars as there was no restaurant and it's not near any shops or anything. All you have food wise is a burger king, popeyes and an Aldi. This was on fireworks night and the sound didn't cause any disturbance. I attached some photos of the fireworks

We arrived at 4. Just found a space as the car park also serves several retail outlets and restaurants. But if had arrived a little later, there wouldn't have been an issue, with ample parking later on. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower. There are eateries, including Nandos and Burger king outside, but there were queues outside the door so we opted to eat in. The menu was extensive and catered for everyone. The food was tasty and fresh. Recommend the burgers and chocolate torte

Staff were all lovely, room was very clean and comfortable. We were a large group with several rooms and the staff made us all feel very welcome and interacted with the kids too so that was lovely.

This is by far the best premier inn I have stayed in for a while. I got a room over looking the car park and it was silent! Didn’t hear any noise all night. That was very pleasing and I had a really goods nights sleep. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. A real credit to the brand, I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Seemed short on staff, but they were friendly and super helpful. Lots around for places to eat and good parking. The rooms were good and everything worked, so happier here than at some premier inn
